Start with making sure you are lighting the base of the wick, and not the top. As the candle burns, this may require shifting the wax as you're lighting it slightly away from the wick.

Also, good to remember and note. They wont always show a full flame as regular wicks do. They will sometimes burn with a very low burn.

These candles are all by me, in my home. I do not outsource or get my candles from a warehouse, or manufacturing company.

They are all homemade, and made with thought, and a product that I stand behind.

Orders are generally filled and shipped or ready for pick up within 24 hrs of your order. However, depending on postal service, it may take a couple of days to actually ship. 

When shipped each order will come with a tracking number and you are notified.

When doing pick up, you are notified when it is ready for pick up, and then I work with you on a time that works for you to come get your product.

Also, good to note. If you ordered a candle that is listed as a back order, that can take up to 3 weeks depending on where that scent is in its curing process.
